Reaching & Educating At-risk Children

Shrinking the Web

There are plenty of resources online that can be tapped with the click of a mouse, but NGOs tell us that have little or no time to access the Web since it’s “too huge” and plus, they are not exactly sure where to go. “We wouldn’t even know where to start,” said one NGO representative during a workshop in Jharkhand.

With that in mind, we have compiled a list of websites by theme (relevant to the field of education) that we believe provide good entry points to the wealth of resources that are available online – for free.

If you know of a website that would be useful to other NGOs working in education, please e-mail it to us.
